pomegranates

The pomegranate is the symbol of Persephone, daughter of the greek-roman goddess Demeter, who obligated herself marry the god Hades and stay with him in his subterraneous kingdom for six months per year. By this marriage she became goddess of the Hades with that knowledge taker of the dark, shady side of the human soul. By this quality she is considered as the mentor of the souls descending to the Hades or as consoler of the berieved.

The pomegranates of Persephone symbolize my services to the berieved.
