Nature, trees and forests, as well as the church, have been important issues in Chris s life.
His memorial consists of a Basalt pillar from which sprouts a circle of abstract trees; a bronze sculpture, referring to the pillars of a cathedral.

Flagstones mark the outlines of the grave.
